A mesh long sleeve body from the incredible SS1998 „Hommage à Frida Kahlo“ collection. The runway show featured incredible silhouettes and head pieces, prints and draped & layered looks. Among the motives was this incredible painting featuring a holy figure in nature framed by roses and trees. This could be a depiction of Vishnu, and the story of Dhruva and the creation of the North Pole. For this season Gaultier drew inspiration from motives painted by Raja Rami Varma.
Swipe through to see the same motive on a rushed skirt and some more shots from the show that I just love.
Perfect condition, size S, fits S-L.
