Jean Paul Gaultier mid 80s rooster print knit cardigan. Whenever I spot the „Equator“ label my heart skips a beat, it was one of the earliest production lines of the JPG brand, covering all that was knitwear. The cardigan is the perfect match to a long sleeve mock neck that’s already part of the archive (swipe through to see it), the back features a striped ribbed wool knit the front showcases the animal print and the sleeves are made from a striped cotton material. Closes with two buttons in the front. Cropped silhouette, elongated wide sleeves that run narrow towards the wrists.
Very good vintage condition, some general ageing.
