Jean Paul Gaultier pour Equator button up cardigan jacket. An insanely gorgeous and well constructed garment from the mid 1980s, when Equator was still doing the knitwear for JPG, prior to Fuzzi. The print of the shocked 50s housewife reminds of a horror movie. Definitely missed my shot to post this on halloween, oh well.
Bottom hem and back are made from a lightweight knit, the printed front and collar is made from silk and the sleeves are an intricate lace fabric. A piece of clothing to frame and put on your wall.
Some light wear, discolouration next to the woman’s head on the front and a couple teeny tiny red spots, see last slide, overall amazing condition, considering the age and fragility of this item.
Size IT42, best for women’s S-M.
