An insanely special wool jacket by Jean Paul Gaultier from FW2001. Super soft 100% wool knit, worked into this wobbly, asymmetrical, organic looking check pattern. Two pockets, slight hourglass cut, nacre buttons and collar that can be worn open or folded up and secured with an extra button & loop. As seen on the runway in a cropped variation with matching skirt.

Size L, fits M and L well. In very good vintage condition, minor surface ageing.
