Calugi E Giannelli „nightclubbing“ jacket with star logo and built-in belt. A heavy rayon mix jacket in a deep cold-toned burgundy (some might say purple), lined in black. Silver zipper, buckle and embroidery. Will keep you warm throughout the fall but not fully for the winter.

I am always in equal parts amazed and annoyed when sourcing C&G, on one hand I am obsessed with their pieces, the insane level of quality and the unique one-of-a-kind feeling they inherit and on the other hand I am so frustrated with the poor documentation and my inability to properly date them! It’s hard to find consistent photo or video content of the shows & even though their campaigns were wonderful they are not nearly as digitalised and accessible, as say Prada or Miu Miu print ads have been in recent years. So yeah idk if you have scans of Calugi e Giannelli ads and campaigns please share.

Anyway- amazing jacket, wonderful cut and construction & in great condition. I assume it used to also have a belt in the back, which sadly has been removed. Otherwise flawless.
